  1. ENROLMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Signups must be done in the SDA Portal booking system at https:\/\/skydanceavenue.com\/ for all students.\u00a0 A student’s slot will only be confirmed once payment is complete.\u00a0 Current students will have enrolment priority.\u00a0 Slots will be open to new students if current students do not make payment on time.\u00a0 After submitting an online registration, any withdrawals and cancellations from the term course will be charged $250 per dance program for administrative fee.<\/p>\n

    1. DISCOUNTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The following discounts apply to full term fee only and are not applicable to trial classes.\u00a0 A coupon will be applied after checking out from the SDA portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
      A) Sibling Discount<\/strong><\/td>\n15% off on one of the siblings’ term fee with equal or lower amount<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      B) Combo Discount<\/strong><\/td>\n15% off on the second dance program’s term fee with equal or lower amount<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      C) Resident Booking Discount<\/strong><\/td>\n15% off based on the number of bookings for the residents in charge of room reservation and payment<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      1. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Payment must be made before the start of each term. \u00a0SDA only accepts bank transfer or cheques.\u00a0 All classes are paid in full by term.\u00a0 There is a 5% late penalty charge per month for outstanding fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
        By Cheque:<\/strong><\/td>\nPayable to “SKY DANCE AVENUE<\/strong>” and mark the student’s full name, phone number, schedule, and location at the back of the cheque<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        By Bank Transfer:<\/strong><\/td>\nHSBC Account Number: 124511510838<\/strong> and email the online payment screen or bank slip photo to info@skydanceavenue.com with the student’s full name, phone number, schedule, and location in the message<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

        1. TRIAL CLASS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Please sign up for a trial class via the SDA Portal booking system.\u00a0 The trial fee is the same cost as a regular class.\u00a0 After the trial, student may enrol to the dance program in full term on the same trial class date then the trial fee will be deducted from the term.\u00a0 Trial class is non-refundable and non-redeemable by cash or class credit.\u00a0 Pro-rated fee will only be applicable to students joining in the middle of the term.\u00a0 The number of sessions is based on the SDA term calendar per location.\u00a0 SDA DOES NOT accept any cash payments.\u00a0 Please refer to the PAYMENT<\/strong> section for details.<\/p>\n

          1. ABSENCE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Students need to inform any absence to SDA by email or whatsapp prior to the missed class for makeup arrangement.\u00a0 Please pay attention to the course dates per location. \u00a0No refund or class credit in the next term will be given for any missed sessions.\u00a0 There are no classes on public holidays and SDA breaks as listed.<\/p>\n

            1. MAKEUP CLASS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              SDA runs dance programs in multiple locations across Hong Kong. \u00a0If a class is missed due to any planned, sick, or emergency leave, the student may attend a makeup class \u00a0with the same dance program at another location or timeslot within the term. \u00a0This should be communicated via email or whatsapp at least 3 days prior to the makeup class to ensure space availability.\u00a0 The only program that will have a rescheduled makeup class will be Rhythm Works Integrative Dance.<\/p>\n

              1. SDA GROOVE WEEK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                There will be an open class week at the end of each term.\u00a0 All parents are invited to sit in for the whole class and enjoy the performance.<\/p>\n

                  1. CLASS RULES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    No siblings or unpaid students are allowed in class. \u00a0No parents, helpers, or siblings are allowed in class for dance program age 4+.\u00a0 The Creative Movement for Toddlers class may be accompanied during the first few weeks. \u00a0The teacher in charge has the discretion to inform caretakers to wait outside the class when children settle in well. \u00a0Please take note that the transition of unaccompanied class will take time. \u00a0Caretakers must stand by during the 45-minute class.<\/p>\n

                    1. WEATHER POLICY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      No refund, class credit, or make up session will be arranged in case of adverse weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
                      Typhoon 1 \/ Amber Rainstorm<\/strong>:<\/td>\nAll classes operate as usual.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                      Typhoon 3<\/strong> is in force BEFORE class:<\/td>\nAll toddler classes will be cancelled.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                      Typhoon 3<\/strong> is in force DURING class:<\/td>\nAll toddler classes will be suspended immediately. \u00a0Please arrange to pick up student.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                      Typhoon 3<\/strong> is lowered to 1 or below TWO hours BEFORE class:<\/td>\nAll toddler classes will resume.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                      Typhoon 3<\/strong> is still in force by 3pm:<\/td>\nAll toddler classes of the day will be cancelled.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                      Typhoon 8+ \/ Red <\/strong>or Black Rainstorm<\/strong> is in force BEFORE class:<\/td>\nAll classes will be cancelled.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

                        Photos and video recording may be taken by the teacher during class for marketing and promotional purpose. \u00a0Please check the appropriate box for parents’ consent in the SDA Portal during registration.<\/p>\n

                        1. LIABILITY AND SAFETY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          All parents must carefully read through the safety and liability waiver on the SDA Portal.<\/p>\n
